Caregiver
At Blackmon Tutoring we offer caregiver services. We are responsible for finding, hiring and managing high-quality, trustworthy and enriching caregiver providers. We are aware this has never been simple, for parents or caregivers. It is our mission to change that.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive pay of $15-$18 per hour

How it works:
- Contacts you with open Babysitting shifts.
- We reach out to you regarding the opportunities, you take the shift/s if it works for you.
- The job requires driving 10 to 15 miles from your location (more if you’d like)
Schedule:
- Have at least 2 to 5 full weekdays of availability (Monday through Friday)
- Most shifts are between 7am/8am to 5pm/6pm
***Daytime workers will have the opportunity for occasional evening shifts.***
Requirements:
- At least 18 years old
- Savvy Communicator: You’re a digital communicator extraordinaire, comfortable using SMS to keep us in the loop regarding your availability.
- Have verifiable experience working as a nanny, babysitter, day care provider, or teacher
- Driver’s license & a vehicle is required
- Comfortable using texting as a main form of communication
- Must be able to commit a minimum of 3 months to a year
If Hired:
- Must be able to provide legal work status in the US
- Recommend you to get Child, Infant & Adult CPR and First Aid certification within a BEFORE employment (Most parents prefer it)
